3.2 Free shipping may be available on orders above 20,000 amount.
4. Delivery Time
4.1 Estimated delivery times: 4-6 business days
5. Order Tracking
5.1 Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to track your shipment. 5.2 Customers can also track their orders through our website’s order tracking page.
6. Packaging and Handling
6.1 We ensure that all gemstones and products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. 6.2 Fragile items are packed with extra care to ensure safe delivery.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
7.1 If you receive a damaged package, please report it to us within 3 days along with photographic evidence.
7.2 If an order is lost in transit, we will investigate the issue with our shipping partner and offer a resolution.
